• Payment processors: If you pay via a platform (e.g. Wise, PayPal, Razorpay), that platform processes your payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: If required by Indian law or a valid legal process, we may disclose information as legally obligated.
• Trusted collaborators: On rare occasions we may work with trusted collaborators on specific technical areas. Any such person is bound by a confidentiality agreement and receives only the minimum information necessary to complete their task.

5. Confidentiality & NDAs

We treat all project details, business ideas, and proprietary information you share with us as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project discussions begin — simply ask and we will send one within 24 hours.

6. Data Retention

We retain project-related communications and documents for up to 3 years after project completion, for reference and post-launch support purposes. If you request deletion of your data after a project is concluded, we will comply within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g. invoices).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for any data processing at any time

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Communications are conducted over encrypted channels — email (TLS) and WhatsApp (end-to-end encryption). Project files are stored on password-protected, access-controlled accounts. No security method is 100% guaranteed, but we take the protection of your data seriously.

9. Children's Privacy

Sylivion services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our contact channels after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
